This policy explains the expected use of Intelliflow public services and commercial platform services. It is subject to legal review and the applicable customer agreement.
Permitted use
Use Intelliflow only for lawful business activities, approved enquiries, configured operating processes and authorised access to information.
Prohibited use
Do not interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, misuse personal information or use the service in a way that breaches law or the applicable agreement.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their users, source data, permissions, process configuration and the decisions made through their operating model.
