Roles and scope
The applicable contract should identify the parties, services, data categories, processing purpose, instructions and responsibilities for the agreed deployment.
Security and access
Access, evidence, workflow participation and audit requirements are configured around the customer operating model. Detailed technical control information is available during procurement review.
Subprocessors and transfers
Any approved third-party processing, hosting location or transfer requirement should be confirmed for the relevant deployment before production use.
Data subject and customer requests
Customers should use the agreed support and legal-contact process for data requests, retention questions and contract-specific privacy obligations.
